libstp2 Beta 2 now, stable later

So we release libstp2 Beta 2 today, which marks a significant step towards the stable release late next month.

We make a smaller number of improvements than with beta 1, but this was actually the goal as we are moving closer and closer to the full release.

The improvements this time around are mostly security focused and are doing a small change to the API this time with two more functions and changing one function to another type to have it return in a better manner.

As well as that we added functionality to packageOperation() for system upgrades on Fedora, OpenSUSE Leap 15.6 and up and Ubuntu. We are trying to work on system upgrades for more systems, we can't promise specific systems, but we will let you know as fast as we can.

Setup Tool stack needs to adapt

We released a minor patch for the setup-tool stack as well today.

This minor patch is adapting changes in the libstp2 API and adding new functions for better password handling.
